We take customer feedback seriously – it takes time and effort for our customers to complete the various feedback points when they purchase our courses. We send a big thank you to all our customers who provide feedback, please be assured that every survey is monitored. We are continually reviewing our processes to accommodate the thoughts and feelings of our customers.

Just one example is the survey we send one month after a customer passes their driving test. We are very keen to know how our customers manage driving out on those streets alone, after passing the driving test. We have a few key questions that it is vital for us to know the answers; so that we can check that our courses are fit for purpose. Our philosophy at BIG TOM has always been more concerned with the confidence and competence levels of pupils post-test, rather than simply monitoring if they pass the 38 minute driving test.
