Customer feedback is vital for BIG TOM Driving School. It is one of the main methods of reviewing the delivery and effectiveness of our resources and making further improvements.

We are very interested to hear from customers about their thoughts on the quality of resources provided to them prior to the in-car training, the amount of support that they received after they submitted their answers to our quizzes.

We would like to know how safe they felt when they received the in-car training. Was the content of the training provided in ways that were effective for them personally e.g. instructor-led versus coaching techniques. How confident they felt at the conclusion of the course. How much of the training was helping them prepare for the driving test, even for the customers who purchased the “Self-Test Saver” package.  Many of our customers are choosing this option in the knowledge that they then reinforce the training provided by a professional with further private training with parents and family members. For those customers in particular, we are still very interested to have your feedback of the quality of training provided in particular with BIG TOM.
